Show the current time of day, along with the date and lunar cycle.

In Isharian time there are 24 hours in a day, 30 days in a month, 7 days in a week, and 12 months in a year.

For comparison between real-time and Ishar time: 1 hour in Ishar corresponds to 1 minute in real-time.
