Help on: rent bonus

After you rent at an Inn, you will begin to accumulate rent bonus points if you some positive karma and don't end up losing all of your equipment to rent. If you don't have positive karma, you'll lose 5% of any rent bonus you've built up per day.

When you play, these bonus points will be added to your experience at a rate of 1:1, meaning that until your rent bonus points return to 0 you will receive double experience for any gain.

The maximum rent bonus points you can accumulate varies with your level. At level 1, you can accumulate 3 times the experience needed from the beginning of your current level to the next one. By level 20, this drops to just above half a level worth of experience. It takes 4 full days of renting to reach its maximum, and you don't begin to gain it until you've been rented for 4 hours.
